Yoga and Wellness with Intern Kris Kadaji
​Yoga: Every Saturday at 11:00 am
Kris has trained and taught yoga and meditation for over 10 years,
including time studying in India, which gave her a deep understanding
of how the mind and body work together.
Bring a friend and join us Saturdays at 11am at the SAGE center. Yoga mats are available.​​

​​Henna Chat: Wednesdays at 5:00 pm
Henna Chats blend art, reflection, and conversation.
Henna body art has been practiced
for almost 9,000 years, symbolizing joy, love,
and community. Space is limited.
