Yoga and Wellness with Intern Kris Kadaji
​Yoga: Every Saturday at 10:00 am
All levels of experience welcome -- participants can use a chair or a mat. Kris has trained and taught yoga and meditation for over 10 years, including time studying in India, which gave her a deep understanding of how the mind and body work together. Bring a friend and join us Saturdays at 11am at the SAGE center. Yoga mats are available.​​

Discussion group on wellness topics, including:
• Cope with daily life stress
• Deal with grief, divorce, domestic
violence, depression
• Defuse anger in yourselves
and others
• Help other people, families, in
your community
• Learn self compassion and self

Kris now offers one-on-one counselling sessions. She is a Clinical Mental Health Counselling student at
