SAGE Upstate Neighborhood Advisor Program
The Neighborhood Advisor provides free and confidential information to help older adults (age 60+) in Central New York remain independent at home.
Your SAGE Upstate Neighborhood Advisor can help with:
-
Information about income-stretching programs (such as EPIC, HEAP and SNAP)
-
Locating needed services (such as nutrition and exercise, socialization, caregiver support, health care, advocacy and legal advice, transportation and housing)
-
Completing applications and forms
-
And more…
The Neighborhood Advisor Program is funded by the
Onondaga County Office of Adult and Long Term Care Services.
