Tim Mccoy
Coordinator
A major goal of the Trans Empowerment Initiative is to simply connect people to each other and to providers that can help. The program will provide support and connection for people who identify as transgender, gender non-conforming, non-binary, intersex, asexual -- all gender identities and sexual orientations.
The Trans Empowerment Initiative is open to adults of all ages. Connections across generations can enrich our community and help people build stronger support networks.
TEI will offer social support groups, a gender diversity training for providers and other audiences, groups in counties outside of Syracuse, a resource directory, and workshops on TGNCNB issues.
